Our Mission

Danie Theron Primary is the best school for primary education, adhering to the highest professional, ethical, and educational standards. These standards are outlined in the guidelines of Article 7 of the South African Schools Law (Act No. 84 of 1996), as well as Article 14 (1) (2) of the Covenant of Human Rights, which support effective school management and curriculum development.

To foster intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth in all learners through curriculum development in primary education, we aim to instill a desire for learning and encourage responsible citizenship. Additionally, we teach our learners the importance of strong relationships and group alliances, which are beneficial in the education system and essential for effective school management.

Principal: Mr. L Van Der Walt, who plays a key role in school management and curriculum development. Deputy Principal: Mrs. KMG Nape, committed to enhancing primary education.

Foundation Phase DH:

Mrs. C Maree is deeply involved in curriculum development, focusing on key aspects of primary education and effective school management.

Acting Foundation Phase DH:

Mrs. P Pibantu is an expert in curriculum development, focusing on innovative strategies for enhancing primary education and effective school management.

Intermediate Phase DH:

Mr. R Martin is involved in curriculum development, focusing on enhancing primary education through effective school management.

Senior Phase DH:

Ms. M Mtanze is an expert in curriculum development, particularly in the context of primary education and effective school management.

Mrs. I Harris, who is involved in curriculum development, and Mrs. R Ndadza, a key figure in primary education and school management, are both dedicated to enhancing educational practices.
